Dr. Celeste is pleased to help reinvigorate the physician “house call” from days past. She prides herself on offering her concierge patients exceptional, personalized medical care in this model. She is your “healthcare quarterback” that will tailor your personalized healthcare plan specifically for your specific medical needs. This service includes annual exams, routine lab work and at cost imaging needs for most patients, as well as 24/7 access to the physician. This service may be billed monthly or annually.
